Take on the important role as a North Pole Post Office Elf, sort through letters, care for the reindeer and get your very own Elf name.
Plus, meet Father Christmas himself and receive a magical treat to leave out for the reindeer on Christmas Eve…
Whilst this is a free event, our Magical Christmas Experience is partnering with The Marlowes’ chosen charity, DENS, and will be gratefully accepting donations on their behalf. We understand that now is an especially tough time for everyone, but for those who feel they’re able, we would really appreciate your support
Opening Times:
◻ Saturday 19th (LAUNCH DAY) & Sunday 20th November – 11am to 4pm
◻ Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th November – 11am to 4pm
◻ Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th* December – 11am to 4pm
◻ Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th* December – 11am to 4pm
◻ Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th December* – 10am to 5pm
◻ Monday 19th – Friday 23rd December – 10am to 5pm
◻ Saturday 24th December – 10am to 3pm
Designated 'Quiet Sessions' will be held between 10am -11am on Sunday 4th & Sunday 11th December for those requiring additional support. For these sessions, please note that visitors must head to the North Entrance where security will escort you to the Magical Experience with a valid ticket. Please only book these sessions if your child would particularly benefit from this quieter experience, or requires additional support.
