The doors opened, the community showed up, and Hemel Wargamers had quite the launch.
Hemel Wargamers opened at The Marlowes to a fantastic response from local hobbyists and curious newcomers alike. The team were overwhelmed by the support and goodwill from the Hemel Hempstead community.
Now that the store is up and running, Hemel Wargamers has introduced a schedule of themed evening sessions, with late-night opening on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 10pm.
Tuesday evenings are dedicated to full-scale army games such as Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar, Wednesdays are for squad-level skirmish games including Halo Flashpoint and Kill Team, and Thursdays are social nights covering tabletop RPGs, card games and board games.
It's a great setup for finding the right game and the right crowd, whatever your preference.
