Rodeo Bull – Terms & Conditions of Participation

By taking part in the Rodeo Bull activity, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

To take part in the promotion entrants must take part in the simulator game to achieve the highest score in the allocated time. The allocated time will stay consistent for all participants. 

1. Participation & Eligibility

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Minimum age for Rodeo Bull is 7.

Participation is at your own risk.

There is no limit to the number of times an entrant can play, however after every attempt the entrant must join the back of the queue before being able to take another go.

Operators’ decision is final.

The operator reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone they feel may be unsafe to partake in the activity.

2. Safety Instructions

All riders must listen carefully to the operator's safety briefing before taking part.

No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed to ride.

Only one person is allowed on the bull at a time.

You must stay on the inflatable mat after falling off until the operator confirms it's safe to leave.

Users should be aware of their own physical ability and notify the operator if they do not wish to participate.

3. Health Restrictions

You must not ride if you:

Are pregnant

Suffer from neck, back, or joint problems

Have a heart condition

Have any injury or health issue that may be aggravated by this activity

4. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe experience, the organisers accept no liability for injuries sustained due to misuse, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing conditions.

Participants take part entirely at their own risk.

5. General

The operator reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these terms.

6. Photography & Media

By participating, you consent to any photos or videos taken during the event being used for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you inform us otherwise prior to riding.

7. Tenants

Employees of The Marlowes, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees are eligible to participate in the competition, subject to adhering to these terms and conditions.

There is no limit to the number of times an entrant can play, however after every attempt the entrant must join the back of the queue before being able to take another go. Members of the public will be given priority over anyone meeting the criteria above, and if at any time the public queue exceeds 10 waiting participants, anyone meeting the criteria above will be temporarily paused from taking part until such time as the Promoter’s representative allows their participation to restart. 

8. Competition Prize

Anyone over the age of 16 will be counted as an adult

The winner will be the top scorer on the event date between 11am and 4pm.

Adult £50 B&M, Children £50 B&M, Retailer £25 B&M

Voucher prize is subject to change

Winners will be contacted via phone number provided. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that phone numbers are recorded correctly

The Marlowes reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
