The crèche can be found next to the customer service desk.
Who can book in a child?
All parents and guardians can book in a child. It must be the same person who signs them in for a session on arrival that comes back to collect so we can complete a signature match for security.
How long are the sessions?
The minimum session is 1 hour and the maximum is 2 hours.
Will my child be fed whilst in the crèche?
As every child has different dietary requirements and the sessions are for a short period of time, we do not provide food, however, we provide water at a child’s request.
If my child has additional needs can they attend your crèche?
Yes, we would be delighted to welcome your child. On their first visit, we provide one to one care, then based on your advice and their care plan, we assess if they’re happy to join in with a future session. Alternatively, we can continue with one to one support. Please speak with one of our team to enquire about booking our one to one support.
