Here at The Marlowes we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our helpful team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Guest Services team are always nearby to answer your queries.
We'll help you locate lost property or to purchase a parking season ticket. For further assistance, you can also visit the Management Office located on the Management level accessible via the lifts near New Look.
If you have misplaced or found any items simply report the items to one of the assistants at Guest Services. Or alternatively, please call: 01442 413815.
Please note Guest Services is open 7 days a week, but closes daily from 12.30-1.30pm.
If you require assistance in calling a taxi, just go to Guest Services and we will call one for you.
Looking for somewhere to entertain the children? Would like to catch a film? Our Guest Services team can help you with any around town queries that you may have.

Guest Services is located in Centre Court, next to our play area. You can find the management office on the second floor, accessed from the lifts opposite Sports Direct.

Being at the heart of the local community we are committed to ensuring all our guests enjoy their experience of shopping with us and offer a wide range of services for people with all disabilities. The Marlowes has over 100 stores on one level for each access and lifts with audio to all floors. Assistance dogs are always welcome.

Shopmobility
You'll find Shopmobility on level A of the Marlowes Car park, accessible via the first entrance only. Here you can hire automatic wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs or powered scooters - these must be pre-booked.
Please note Shopmobility is currently open 10am - 4pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays, with last hire at 2.30pm.

Changing Places Toilet
As part of the centre’s commitment to make shopping at The Marlowes as simple and enjoyable as possible, our new Changing Places accredited disabled toilet features a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, hoist system, a non-slip floor and screen to promote privacy. Please note this facility does require a RADAR key, should you need a radar key please simply press the call point at the entrance to the toilet. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.
Located in Centre Court. The closest disabled car parking bays in the middle of the car park on level C, located next to the central lifts.
Quiet Hour
The Entertainer also run a quiet hour by switching off music and loud demo products in store for the first hour of opening every Saturday.
Sunflower Lanyards

We want you to shop in comfort. That's why at The Marlowes we pride ourselves on the accessibility and high standards of our Guest facilities, located at mall level in Centre Court
Free WiFi is available for shoppers at The Marlowes. To access the service, check that WiFi is enabled on your device and select 'BTOpenzone- Marlowes' from the list of available networks. Open your internet browser and BT landing page should appear. If it is your first time using network follow the simple one-time registration process. Once registered you will only need to enter your email address to enjoy free WiFi every time you shop.
Pick up your packages from our In-Post lockers, located by the entrance to New Look.
It's no fun for little ones (or you) when they are uncomfortable so here at The Marlowes we have a dedicated family room to make those family shopping trips just that little bit easier. Our brand new family room features 3 comfortable private feeding areas, a small play area, training toilet, food prep area and changing benches.
