store, with the other branches across England and Wales, plus an

Poppy Hinds (5) and Charlie Hinds (3) will together 'cut the
ribbon'. Poppy and Charlie are the newest members of the
Hinds' family, and the sixth generation to be involved in the
retail jewellery business - mum Sarah Hinds will have to help as
both are still practising with scissors. Andrew Hinds
(Director, Poppy and Charlie's father and 5th generation) and Roy
Hinds (Chairman, Andrew's father and 4th generation) will also be
there for the grand opening.
The new F. Hinds' 1,100sq ft. store has an eye-catching full
length shop front on the High Street, with the entrance just inside
the threshold of the Centre. Visitors will immediately notice
the bright and modern store, with its extensive range of gold,
platinum and silver, diamond and gemstone jewellery - a sparkling
five metres of windows - plus an unparalleled selection of fourteen
watch brands including well known designer names. Managed by
Karen Ellis (31), the store has six locally based and recruited
staff.
This is the first F. Hinds store to be fitted by Europa
Shopfitting and Interiors also based at Hemel Hempstead and is
equipped with new style, deeper display shop counters and
environmentally friendly, energy efficient LED
lighting. "The store's new lighting is even better than
I expected and is a significant improvement - the diamonds really
sparkle and the watch faces are brighter", comments Andrew
Hinds.
F. Hinds has a much envied reputation in the jewellery trade for
