At Marlowes Shopping Centre we're serious about all aspects of
your shopping experience, from our great mix of stylish stores and
cafes to the ambience of the Centre and the excellent service. So,
to make your experience even better and to recognise sales
assistants who have exceeded your expectations, we're proud to
introduce our Customer Service Awards.
Supported by Marlowes Shopping Centre and it's stores, the
awards will be presented every month and at the end of the year a
special award will be given to the store that has achieved the
highest standards of customer service.
So If you have experienced extra special customer service at
Marlowes Shopping Centre why not enter our Customer Service Awards
for the chance to win a £50 Marlowes gift card to spend in any of
the fabulous stores within the Centre.
Each month we'll award a £50 Marlowes gift card to the winning
sales assistant and award a £50 Marlowes gift card to their
nominee.
The first At Your Service Award will be presented to the winning
sales assistant during the 1st week in October and every
month thereafter.
Pick up an entry form from the Customer Service Desk and key
locations in the Centre. In addition these leaflets can be
downloaded from the Marlowes website.
