Marlowes Shopping Centre Rewards Excellent Service

So, to make the experience even better and to recognise sales
assistants who have exceeded our customer's expectations, and we're
proud to announce that the winner of the very first Customer
Service Awards was Lawrence Brown, age 17, sales assistant at New
Look.
Lawrence has worked in New Look as a Sales Assistant for 2
months and confirmed that the best thing about his job is the
support he receives from the team, strong motivation by Rachel Horn
- Store Manager at New Look and her management team and how
working in a positive environment helps to bring out his best
qualities.
Eileen Gannon, Marketing Manager at Marlowes Shopping Centre
presented the award to Lawrence and said, "The scheme was launched
to reward great customer service, and to encourage our retailers to
strive to always do their very best. Lawrence is a prime example
that hard work and dedication pays off. The customer who nominated
Lawrence for the award was really pleased with the service she
received, and as a result will continue to shop at New Look and
Marlowes Shopping Centre!"
Lawrence and the customer who nominated him for the award, both
received a Marlowes £50 gift card to spend within Marlowes Shopping
Centre.
In addition New Look will be shortlisted for a special award
which could see the team win a fantastic prize at the end of the
year.
